Delta's Nutrition Program currently has thirty-two senior citizen congregate meal sites throughout the area.

Delta's Nutrition Program targets those individuals over 60 years of age that are:

• Older individuals who reside in rural areas
• Older persons in greatest economic and social need with particular attention to low income minority persons
• Older persons with disabilities
• Older persons with limited English speaking ability
• Older persons with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders and their caregivers
• Older persons with impairments to their activities of daily living
• Individuals living alone
• Caregivers of such individuals
